|2 C Flour||2 T Sugar||2 C Buttermilk|
|1 t Soda||2 Slightly Beaten Eggs|
|1 t Salt||2 T Melted Butter|
Prep griddle / skillet. Melt butter. Beat eggs.
Mix dry ingredients. Mix in wet ingredients.
Pour onto griddle, flip when bubbles start to appear in the batter. When done, grooves made by pressing the side of the spatula into the top of the pancake will spring back.
Top with lots of butter and maple syrup.
