|1 C Flour||3/4 t Salt||1/4 C Shortening (melted) or Oil|
|1/4 C Sugar||2 Eggs|
The recipe doesn't say whether to grease and flour the pan, but it seems like a good idea to me.Mix all that together, then pour in pan and cook.
For 12 muffins, bake at 400 for about 25 minutes.
For bread (8" square pan), back at 425 for 25 minutes.
