| 1 C Butter | 1 C Brown Sugar | 2 1/2 C Flour |
| 1 C Peanut Butter | 2 Eggs | 1 1/2 t Soda |
| 1 C Sugar | 1 t Vanilla | 1/2 t Salt |

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla. Mix in flour, soda, salt. Roll into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in white sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Press down with fork (to create a cross-hatch pattern on top of the cookie). Bake at 375 F for 10-12 minutes. |
