|1 3/4 C Flour||3 Egg Yolks||3 Egg Whites|
|3 t Powder||1 3/4 C Milk|
|1/2 t Salt||1/2 C Oil|
Prep waffle iron (oil / non-stick spray; heat to waffle temp.).
Mix dry ingredients. Mix all but the egg whites into the dry ingredients. Beat egg whites to soft peaks.
Fold egg whites into the batter. Pour onto waffle iron and cook per waffle iron instructions.
Top with lots of butter and maple syrup.
